2. Select the Document of where to cutting the image and in the toolbar select the pen tool (P). In his option bar select the path and selecting the photo click click and click like mine shown in the pictures highlighted in red.
3. After you done the selecting then right clicking in the selection area it will pop's up some options. So Select the Make Selection option highlighted below.
4. In the Make Selection dialog box appear choose default setting feather radius to (0) and hit the ok button.
5. Now on your keyboard hit ( Ctrl + C ) it will copy your selected area then select other document in the adobe photo shop workspace and hit the ( Ctrl + V ) in your keyboard it will paste the copied clipboard to the document i selected.
6. After Pasting the selected area to another document it will looks like that look below.
7. On the toolbar select the Move tool (V) and hit on keyboard ( Ctrl + T ) the transforms selection appear on our pasted image hold down the Shift key and left mouse button on the right top corner to drag the downward to resizing it like shown below.

Double clicking the background layer to release his lock then hit Ctrl + X to cut it then again hit Ctrl + V to paste the cutter area to the canvas you notice it will automatically pasted to another layer so name it Fold Area. Then Flip it both Vertically and Horizontally from Edit >> Transform >> Flip Vertical , Flip Horizontal and place it right spot where it folded.
3. The flipped both sides and place it write place it should looks like that see below.
4. With Fold Area layer selected hit Ctrl + U to bring up hue saturation dialog box setting up like the picture below.
5. Next to bring the selection of Fold Area layer in this case hold down the Ctrl key then click the thumb of the fold area layer it will draw selection around its all pixels. Then Create a new layer name it Shade to complete this step.
6. Make sure the selection is still remain click Shade layer from the layer palette. In the toolbar select Gradient tool with Black to Transparent draw lower corner to top right like shown below. 
7. Now double click Fold Area layer to bring up dialog Layer style settings like mine shown below it is create some shadow under our folding area for little depth it.

Create a new layer by default the canvas have no change if you create a new layer but in the layer palette a new layer 1 is appear see below.
In the next step the newly created layer is totally blank without color of it so fill some color of it by going Edit>> Fill the Fill dialog box appear in the Use drop down list choose the black color in this drop down list i will choose the color to fill .
Next add some Noise ( Amount: 160 ) Distribution to Gaussian and check the monochromatic.
Add a little blur of it by going Filter>> Blur>> Gaussian Blur the dialog box appear set its radius to (1.0) hit ok to apply it.
The next step is to highlight the white spots in this case on your keyboard hit ( Ctrl + L ) to bring up the Levels Dialog box bring right and left slider to inward like shown below to clearing the whiteness of our snow.
Change the blending mode of (Layer1) to Screen it will totally disappearing the pure black only display the white area it is now like a realistic snow.
Now add some angle to the snow falling for this purposes add the Motion Blur of it about angle ( 61 ) lower the distance ( 5 ) .
Now duplicate the upper layer add once more time Motion blur of it like the setting below.
Finally merge down the layer see picture below Shortcut ( Ctrl + E ).

Next i want to apply it to some layer style for this i double click on the text layer in layer palette for access the layer style box in the appear box select Gradient Overlay in the left side of the dialog box for Gradient Overlay setting access click it name the center area will change to Gradient overly setting options. Click gradient slider to access gradient editor choose these color setting in the bottom picture.
Make sure you does not close the layer style box if close repeat the steps previously to access its dialog box then in the left side of the box choose Inner Glow and setting its color to whiteand setting other option like the picture below.
One more effect is to apply our text layer is Stroke apply it and setting up like the image shown below make sure if you have to follow along me to copy every thing like mine.
After we apply the layer style apply on our text layer the final of here. Here our logo take shape.
Now its time to create a three circles of our logo how to create it we create it with the help ofpen tool in the toolbar select the pen tool on the toolbar in the option bar make sure path is selected not the shape layer. Then click once in the top left side of the word (B) and the second point of exact about the letter (I) but high like the image show you below.
The tricky part is coming to shape up the circle in this purposes we have to use the tool of adobe ( Convert Point Tool ) like shown below first select it then not these step carefully.1. First click on first point but don't release the mouse click drag it upward like shown below to curve our path.2. Second Clicking the second point don't release the mouse click once more time but this time not upward this time we downward and some right side to make our shape.
Now we have to needed two more paths. Select the Path Selection Tool (A) hold down the Altkey on the keyboard and clicking the path but don't release the mouse left click drag it to littleright and down to copy the path repeat this step to make another copy of it.
Now we apply the stroke of it by clicking the Brush tool in the toolbar choose little brush like shown below.
Once more time select the Path Selection Tool (A) clicking any where on the canvas to deselect the path selection then right click on the path and choose Stroke Path... Like shown below.
In the Stroke Path Dialog box choose the Brush in the drop down list click Simulate Pressure.
